Shipping Policy

Currently we only ship to addresses within Canada and the USA. 

Canada: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of CAD$12 on all orders with free shipping on orders over CAD$222. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with upgrade to Express Shipping available to purchase.

United States: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of USD$11 on all orders. All orders are shipped via Canada Post with USPS taking over once the package reaches the USA. Due to the high cost of shipping to the USA, please double check the accuracy of the shipping/delivery address before placing the order. If a package is undeliverable or refused, a refund will not be issued, as we would incur the cost of delivery and the customs duties/fees. A phone number will also be required for the shipping label. There may be delays at US customs.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1~3 business days. However, there may be delays with delivery due to large volumes at the post office during the holidays.

Please double check the delivery address when placing an order. Once a package leaves the shop we will be unable to make changes to the shipping address. For the most up to date tracking info regarding your order, please refer to your tracking number.

Orders over a certain dollar amount will be shipped signature required. If no one is home on delivery day you may receive a notification to collect the package. If the package is not collected from the post office and is returned to us after a mandatory hold period, we will not issue a refund.
